Frequently Asked Questions

Where Do I Go? And When?

Important!

We've arranged a shuttle for our guests, so that you may park at the Crockett Barn and shuttle to the ceremony at Admiralty Head Lighthouse on Saturday. This will save you time, hassle & a parking pass. Shuttle trips take about 5 - 7 minutes from the Barn to the Lighthouse.

Schedule

4:30pm / guests park at the Barn and await shuttle to Lighthouse
5pm / wedding ceremony at Lighthouse
6pm / cocktail hour at the Barn at Crockett Farm
7pm - 10:30pm / reception at the Barn

What If I'm Running Late?

The shuttle will run continuously until about 5:30pm, where it will stay parked at the Lighthouse until the ceremony ends, then will start bringing people back to the Barn for cocktail hour.

How Do I Get There?

Drive to Whidbey Island

It is generally a 1.5 hour drive from Seattle to Coupeville on Whidbey, including a 20 minute ferry at Mukilteo.

We recommend taking the 2:30 or 3pm Ferry from Mukilteo to Clinton

What Do I Wear?

Semi-formal dress is requested for the ceremony and reception. Keep in mind the ceremony is outside, September in the Northwest, on an island. While the temperature should be in the upper 60's F, please consider a jacket or coat to stay warm amidst the wind & sea breeze. Please bring an umbrella, as we will celebrate outdoors rain or shine!
